This is what dreams are made of. Correction, this is what Ferrari California Dreams are made of. German tuner Wheelsandmore have spiced up the stock Ferrari California with their version dubbed as the ‘Ferrari California Dreamin’.
The ‘California Dreamin’ package starts off with an upgrade to the ECU software to help the boost the power by 40 hp to 500 hp and an impressive 525 lb-ft of torque. The upgraded Ferrari California Dreamin also features a removable valve controlled exhaust system. With the new found power, the car also has to sound like it means serious business. The Mazda MX-5 or better known as the Mazda Miata is probably the best selling car for Mazda since it was introduced in the early 90’s. Since its injunction, the Miata has had 3 face lifts. Although tagged as a “chic’s” car, the MX-5 has a huge following around the world.
This following has led Mazda to introduce a limited number of the new MX-5 Karai. Karai meaning ‘sharp’ in Japanese, is based on the roadster coupe, which has the retractable hardtop. The new MX-5 comes in an eye catching lime green called, “Metal Green Metallic”. Here’s the first look at a new body kit for the Ferrari 458 Italia by Japanese tuners Fairy Design. The pictures are provided by our local tuning shop SR Auto Group who will be one of the first official dealers to carry this body kit.
The tuners didn’t provide any details on the kit but from what I see in the pictures, it looks like there is a new front lip spoiler piece which continues on to the side of the car and ends at the rear bumper, that’s the best I can describe it, I don’t really know what to call it. Some people might call station wagons mommy-mobiles but they’d be dead wrong for thinking this Edo Competition tuned M5 wagon is just another grocery-getting station wagon. Called the Dark Edition, the tuning package is based on the old BMW M5 Touring (E60).
The BMW M5 Dark Edition looks very sinister and could possibly be the ultimate modern-day sleeper were it not for the M5 badges and those sweet looking wheels. The exterior is all-black with black 20” rims that are wrapped in 255/30 R20 front and 285/30 R20 rear tires. In Australia, two of the main competitors in the car market are Holden and Ford. It’s because of this friendly competition that we see great vehicle’s being built. Ford Performance Vehicle (FPV) has released their first ever concept car to get back at Holden’s in house performance division, Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) and their Black Edition Clubsport.
The subject of this concept car would be the Ford Falcon GT. All black everything, the menacing look defined by a Silhouette black paintwork combined with matte finish stripe work that runs along the hood, rear wing, side sills and rear diffuser.
