The new brake system is designed to tolerate
maximum stress, which when compared to
conventional brakes means that friction, or
brake power, is not lost due to high operating
temperatures as a result of extremely hard use.
Any Mercedes-Benz model can be fitted with a
kleemann
High Performance Brake system. The High
Performane Brake system features cross drilled,
ventilated, 2 piece brake discs in a right and a
left version, and forged aluminium two-piece
brake callipers with up to 8 pistons for the
front axle and four pistons for the rear axle.
The kleemann
High Performance Brake system is
offered in two different sizes depending on
wheel size and Mercedes-Benz model. The entrance
system named KB4 comes with 4 piston calipers
and 355 x 32 mm dics for the front axle and 328
x 28 mm discs for the rear axle.
The larger KB8 system features 8 piston calipers
and 380 x 34 mm discs for the front axle and 345
x 28mm or 328 x 28 mm dics will be mounted on
the rear axle.
What ever combination of discs and calipers will
be appropriate for your car, a brake system up

and a right set of discs whereby optimum cooling
