For CLS 500 owners kleemann
offers a V8
Kompressor system together with
application-specific super sport camshafts,
tailor-made headers in stainless steel, and a
complete exhaust system for even more power,
torque and a sporty sound. The top model CLS 55
AMG can, in full kleemann
trim, boost its power
output from standard 476 Hp to 640 Hp and 900 NM
(731 lb-ft) of torque, making the spacious
four-door sedan capable of accelerating from
standstill to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.2 seconds
and to 200 km/h (124 lb-ft) in 12.1 seconds. Top
speed is limited to 300 km/h (186 lb-ft).
For improved handling agility and driving
enjoyment kleemann
offers a limited slip
differential, sport suspension kits,
high-performance brake systems in three
different sizes, and powerful looking wheels.
All CLS-models can be fitted with the two-piece
TM-5 or the three-piece forged TS-6 kleemann
light alloy wheels in sizes ranging from 8.5
inch to 12 inches.
kleemann
has developed a complete programme of
aero dynamic components for the CLS. The
kleemann
front spoiler is made from high quality
materials and is easily attached to the
production bumper. Besides emphasizing the cars
intriguing design it also ads a more sporty and
attractive look. The spoiler features integrated
air ducts for cooling of the front brakes and
reduces lift on the front axle which improves
directional stability at high speed. The rear
spoiler consists of two diffuser channels and
makes provision for the kleemann
rear mufflers.
The boot lid spoiler is designed to provide down
force on the rear axle and its design complies
perfectly with the lines and curves of the car.
The wide, ground hugging look is completed with
bold yet elegant side skirts.
Leather and alcantara can be fitted to the
interior upon customer request in combination
with carbon fibre cover inlays, entrance panels
with an illuminated kleemann
logo, and an
ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel for an
exclusive and luxurious feel.

litre V8-engine, immediately enhances
the power output from 306 Hp to 506 Hp. |
