Anderson Germany has tuned their second Audi R8 V10, called the Hyper Black Edition; their first car was called the R8 Racing Edition. Like that car, the Hyper Black Edition gets a modest improvement in the horsepower department.
The 5.2 liter V10 engine now produces 589 horsepower (an increase of 64 HP) thanks to a reprogrammed ECU, a modified air filter, and a new custom sports exhaust system which weighs 48 pounds (22 kg) less than the stock exhaust. This exhaust system also comes with an adjustable valve that changes the amount of noise produced by the V10 engine. continue reading →
Here’s a car that would make Mad Max proud, produced by a relatively unknown Italian car tuning company called Panzani Design. The car is called the Vintage GT and is based on the discontinued Jaguar S-Type R; it looks like it’s ready for demolition derby.
The S-Type R Vintage GT is one scary looking car; Panzani Design installed wide wheels at the front and back with massive fender flares. The wheels measure 20” in diameter and are wrapped in 255/35 R20 tires at the front and 305/30 R20 tires at the rear. continue reading →
When I first saw pictures of the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, I thought it wasn’t as revolutionary as it should have been and I was quite underwhelmed. Seeing the video below, which was taken on a street in Berlin where I’m assuming the car was being delivered to a showroom, I’m changing my mind. I think the Aventador LP700-4 looks hot and it gives me the tingly feeling in the nether regions that James May gets when he sees a hot car.

Hamann first released their tuning kit for the BMW X6M back in January 2010 (before this site existed) called the X6M Tycoon EVO M. Now they’ve upgraded that kit with the Carbon Edition, this kit replaces a lot of the parts from the other kit with carbon fiber pieces hence the name.
The Hamann BMW X6M Tycoon EVO M got an upgrade to the engine to produce 670 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and a whopping 701 pound-feet (950 Nm) of torque. The X6M Tycoon EVO can reach the 62 mph mark in a sports car-like 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h). Lumma Design unveiled their take on what an ideal Porsche Cayenne should look like and are calling it the ‘Lumma CLR 558 GT’ to make it easy for everybody to remember the name. 
I love the updated exterior design of the Porsche Cayenne. The CLR 558 GT’s body kit includes a very aggressive in your face front spoiler, side rockers, rear bumper, and a rear spoiler. There is also plenty of carbon fiber to go around with the rear diffuser, front spoiler, and rear lip being made of carbon fiber.
The six-cylinder diesel engine of the CLR 558 GT has increased from 240 horsepower to 276 horsepower when compared to the previous model. To improve throttle response, Lumma has installed a custom accelerator pedal power module to improve take-offs of the SUV. Lumma Design has also installed a unique exhaust system consisting of three tailpipes with the middle tailpipe measuring 100mm while the outer pipes measure in at 80mm. continue reading →
Aston Martin has released first video footage of the Vantage S sports car, which looks and sounds beautiful. The Vantage S is the sportier version of the standard V8 car and comes with a track oriented suspension. Power has been increased a bit, the V8 now produces 430 HP (+ 10) and 361 pound-feet (490 Nm) of torque. The V8 sends power to the rear wheels via an all-new 7-speed Sportshift II automatic transmission; it changes gears 20% faster than the 6-speed manual on the V8 Vantage.
